Living & Dining: - Spacious open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. - Comfortable L-shaped couch that converts to a bed for two. - Entertainment options include a TV for movie nights and a collection of board games. Kitchen: - Modern, fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. Bedrooms (Sleeps 4 total): - Bedroom 1: One comfortable queen bed. - Bedroom 2: Two single beds. - Living Room: Sofa converts to a bed for two additional guests. Outdoor Living: - Private front deck, perfect for morning coffee. - Spacious backyard with an eight-person dining table for alfresco meals. - Cozy fire pit for evening relaxation under mature trees. - BBQ grill available for guest use.

Carlos’s place was very cute and quaint. Very clean and had all we needed for our stay. Beach chairs were supplied (4) and very comfortable and easy to carry to the beach. The outside porch is very chill as well as fire pit area although we didn’t use it since we stayed at the beach a good portion of our stay. I cannot say enough about it. It’s really a great place to stay. My husband and I plan to come back when in the Norfolk area visiting family.

The location of this adorable rental is ideal for those who like to walk to a lovely sunrise, sleep in a quiet neighborhood, and take advantage of a small outdoor space while having easy access to main roads in and out of Norfolk. The best part is its proximity to the airport. We loved the clean, fresh decor, comfortable bed, extra towels and blankets, washer/dryer, exceptionally well-provisioned kitchen, beach chairs and towels, and outdoor fire though we did not use it during our short stay. There are two coffee options: Keurig with K-cups or 5-cup drip machine with grounds. All of the small and large appliances looked recent. Carlos and Anna were proactive and kind with communication, and generous with opportunities to extend our stay. We also appreciated that they recognized that this was a special occasion for us. Casa del Mar was one of the best provisioned rentals we have stayed in recently - from kitchen to beach and everything in between! We had a wonderful stay. I really cannot think of anything that did not meet our expectations.
